Our solution

HINT AG provides service providers in the Swiss healthcare sector with a video conferencing solution via its National Healthcare Cloud. The HINTconference is fully encrypted and is provided from the secure data center network of HINT AG in Switzerland.

1 Create your personal HINTconference:

Enter your own meeting name, which you always want to use in the future.

Click on the "Go" button.

The HINTconference will start immediately and you can take part.

2 The settings are made in the HINTconference

When starting, you will be asked to use the microphone and camera. This must be allowed.

You can configure the video conference in detail at the bottom right under "Further settings".

3 Now invite guests to your conference

Send the link to your conference to other participants in an Outlook invitation.

Optionally, you can also include a password so that only authorized guests can take part in your video conference.

Requirements for HINTconference

In order to use this video conferencing solution locally on the device, a WebRTC-compatible Internet browser is required.

We recommend Google Chrome, although many other browsers can also be used for HINTconference.

Please also make sure that the ports UDP-10000 and TCP-4443 are open on the firewall.
